Administration
iiab Licensees have access to the administration features necessary for marketing, selling and supporting customers in their use of iiab.
Sales Support
Sales support personnel can create and upload new product offerings, setup new customers interactively or by batch, upgrade customers to new products and create promotions and promotional offers to support new sales and marketing efforts.
Customer support functions
In order to best support customers, customer support can see the customer’s publishing interface as the customer sees it. Customer support can also lock or unlock accounts, reset passwords on accounts, reset the search engine marketing configuration, inquire as to an account’s statistics and reporting, and transfer websites between accounts.
Accounts
Accounting has access to its own range of reports. For example, iiab comes bundled with ready-to-use reports for extracting ad spend, sales, click-throughs, revenue, and website profitability on customer accounts.
It also comes with the ability to generate bank account and credit card details, to lock or unlock customer accounts, and to close customer accounts.
System administration
System administrators have the capacity to configure a uniquely-branded sales site for iiab, to configure the iiab Publisher skin as a uniquely branded interface, and to configure templates and widgets for the exclusive use of the licensee’s customers.
System administrators can create user-defined reports, modify role-based login privileges for support staff, lock or unlock customer accounts, identify users based on their domain, bulk publish ranges of sites, and check the health of all run-time servers hosting components of the iiab system.
