Licensing Models
Licensing Models
iiab License
The software can be licensed annually for a specific number of web sites - the number of web sites is determined by the licensee. The cost of the license is determined by the number of the web sites, iiab optional modules and advertising and affiliate feeds that are required. A licensee is able to start using iiab with a specific configuration, and then add additional web sites, iiab modules and feeds over time at additional cost. Licensing is annual.
Reseller Arrangement
Organisations with a customer base are able to resell iiab under a Reseller arrangement. The arrangement could be either a commissioned or wholesale basis - the Reseller could either wholesale the iiab software based on a volume deal and earn the mark up as profit on sale, or generate an agreed commission on sale of individual iiab licenses to their customers. The commercial structure of individual Reseller arrangements is determined by the specific nature, market and turnover volume of the Reseller. Branding would be iiab, and technology support would be provided by the iiab vendor to customers of the Reseller.
Whitelabel Arrangement
The iiab software can be white-labelled, so that an organisation is able to add iiab to their solution suite to enhance their own software offering, or alternatively offer iiab as their own software under their own brand in the market at whatever pricing level or pricing model they would like. Users of the system under a whitelabel situation will only know of the whitelabeler's branding, as iiab technology support would only be provided to the whitelabel licensee and not to the end customers of the whitelabeler. The whitelabeler would be responsible for providing end user support for their customers. The Whitelabel arrangement is structured as license deal - the commercial structure of individual whitelabel arrangements is determined by the specific nature, market, iiab module, iiab feeds and number of web sites required by the whitelabeler.
